Each program mixes live workshops with self-paced modules. You get a certificate, a portfolio piece, and Slack access to your cohort for six months after graduation.
Project management in practice
Agile and waterfall, side by side. You plan a mock product launch from brief to retrospective, using Jira and Notion. The final week is a simulated stakeholder review with a panel of working PMs.
UX research and prototyping
You conduct real user interviews, synthesise findings into personas, then prototype a mobile app in Figma. Week 5 includes a usability test with five external participants recruited by our team.
Python for non-developers
No prior coding expected. By week three you will automate a spreadsheet task that currently takes you an hour. The capstone is a script that pulls data from an API and sends a formatted email summary.
How a course runs, week by week
We keep the rhythm predictable so you can plan around your job.
1. Orientation call (30 min)
Before the course starts, you join a video call with your instructor and cohort. We set expectations, share the schedule, and answer any setup questions. Everyone introduces themselves by first name and what they hope to use the skills for.
2. Weekly modules open on Monday mornings
Each module contains a 15-minute video, a reading (usually under 1,500 words), and a hands-on exercise. Most learners spend between three and five hours per week, spread across two or three sessions.
3. Live workshop every Thursday at 7 pm AEST
Workshops run for 90 minutes. The instructor demonstrates a technique, then you work through a challenge in breakout rooms of three. Recordings are available within 24 hours if you miss one.
4. Peer review on alternate Fridays
You swap your exercise output with a partner and give structured feedback using a rubric we provide. This is where most people say they learn the most, because explaining your reasoning forces clarity.
5. Capstone and graduation
The final two weeks focus on your capstone project. You present it to the cohort in a 10-minute slot. Instructors provide written feedback within 48 hours, and your certificate is issued the following Monday.

Not for the fundamentals-level courses. The data analysis and Python programs assume you can use a spreadsheet and a web browser. The UX course asks for some familiarity with design tools, but Figma is free and we share a setup guide a week before the start date.
Recordings go up within a day. You can also book a 15-minute catch-up call with the instructor once per course at no extra charge. We know Thursday evenings sometimes clash with life.
Prices range from $690 to $1,150 AUD depending on the course length and materials. We offer a two-payment plan at no interest. Group bookings of four or more from the same organisation receive a 15% discount.
Our certificates are not nationally accredited qualifications. They do, however, include a verifiable credential link that hiring managers can check. Several alumni have told us the portfolio piece mattered more in interviews than the certificate itself.
Full refund if you withdraw before the second workshop. After that, we offer a credit toward any future course within 12 months. We chose this policy because the small cohort size means an empty seat is hard to fill mid-program.
